Global stationary manufacturer Staedtler and the Welsh Assembly are the latest new arrivals to Bocam Park, an established 12 acre business park in Pencoed.

Managing director of Staedtler, John Evans said:
"With the benefit of professional guidance from Cooke and Arkwright we settled on the prestigious development at Bocam Park. The development is set in a pleasant and easily accessible location and is in keeping with Staedtler's policy of providing its employees with a quality working environment that has been further enhanced by the interior design and fit-out undertaken by Cardiff based Paramount Interiors. "
Wayne Rees, technical director for Macob said:
"We are delighted to welcome Staedtler as yet another high-profile addition to Bocam park, demonstrating the desirability of the development. We believe it will be the perfect location to suit Staedtler’s business needs."
Roger Thomas, of Cooke and Arkwright, the agents for Staedtler said:
"Having undertaken an extensive search and despite competition from other developments in Bridgend and the surrounding areas, Bocam Park was a clear winner and will be an excellent new base for Staedtler."

David Williams of Emanuel Jones, the agents for the development said:
"Staedtler and the Welsh Assembly Government choosing this location demonstrates once again the quality of the development, and its ample parking combined with its ideal situation on the M4 corridor continues to attract high-profile names."
Bocam Park is located just off junction 35 of the M4. Nike Design, The Welsh Blood Service, Bro Morgannwg Health Trust, Fire Brigades Union, Clay Shaw Thomas, Skanska, Fields associates, Illium Insurance, BAM Nuttall and MITIE are among those who have taken space at the development.
