Post construction specialists move to Greenmeadow
Developer Macob has let another unit on the second phase of Greenmeadow Springs, a major Welsh business park at junction 32 of the M4.
AGT, a specialist post construction building services consultancy has moved their headquarters and 12 members of staff into a 2,355 sq ft, first floor unit.
AGT began trading in 2003 and also have offices in London, Manchester and Edinburgh. Their projects range from single property units to the large scale FTSE 100 organisations primarily working with property and facilities management fims.
James Rees, marketing and development manager of AGT said
"We've moved our head office as we needed an environment that replicated our expansive growth as a company. Our spacious new offices at Greenmeadow Springs provides excellent facilities at a convenient location for both staff and clients."
Wayne Rees, technical director for Macob said

DTZ and Emmanuel Jones are joint agents for the development and AGT was represented by Alder King.

Over 400 jobs have been created to date and occupiers include Leonard Cheshire Disability, The Stroke Association, Barratt, Connaught, Nationwide Building Society, Cadarn Housing Association, Ashtenne and the Bank of England.
