Macob Projects has delivered a thriving commercial village providing essential services for the 250-acre Broadlands residential development on the outskirts of Bridgend, which was also part developed by Macob.
A diverse range of facilities now serve the 2,000 plus homes already onsite including a Tesco Express, estate agents Payton Jewell and Caines, the award winning Finnegans Fish Bar, The Emperor - a Peking and Cantonese takeaway, and The Cedar Tree - an Indian takeaway.
Macob Projects was behind the design and build project to bring a community church to the site for The Church of Jesus Christ and the Latter Day Saints as well as the construction of a £1m day care nursery for Just Learning Ltd, the UK's second largest nursery operator. A public house and restaurant has also been introduced here.
