Macob Projects has masterminded a major business park development in north Cardiff. The 12.5-acre site is situated on the north-east side of junction 32 at the Coryton Interchange, where the M4 and the A470(T) dual carriageway cross, and offers 258,000 sq ft of B1 office accommodation with associated car parking. The development is estimated to have a value well in excess of £50 million.

The £8.5m design and build scheme will offer five Grade A office buildings, three now complete, ranging from 3,500 sq ft to 38,000 sq ft, complete with comfort cooling, fully raised floors and secure car parking.
