Property development and construction group Macob was established in 1981 and now has 400 employees.

The company is currently developing over half a million sq ft of offices across sites in Bridgend, Cardiff and Pontypridd, together with prestigious developments such as  the £30m refurbishment of the Coal Exchange and the ambitious £200m Wales International Business Park near junction 33 of the M4.

Recent deals have included two Private Public Partnership projects, St David’s Hospital, Cardiff and Pembroke Dock Community School, Pembroke; a 200,000 sq ft warehouse facility for L’Oreal at Llantrisant; and the purchase and sale of 140 acres of residential land at Broadlands, Bridgend.  

The Group headquarters is based in Gwaelod-y-Garth, Cardiff and has offices across the UK including Bridgend, Chichester and Manchester.

Macob has consistently ranked highly in Wales' Top 300 companies listing.
