Property development and construction group Macob was established in 1981 and has 200 employees.

The company is currently marketing Bocam Park, a 200,000 sq ft business park in Pencoed just off junction 35 of the M4 and 140,000 of refurbished office space at the historic Coal Exchange, Cardiff.

High-profile projects have included two Private Public Partnership projects - St David’s Hospital, Cardiff and Pembroke Dock Community School, Pembroke, a 200,000 sq ft warehouse facility for L’Oreal at Llantrisant, 250,000 sq ft of offices at Greenmeadow Springs, Coryton and the purchase and sale of 140 acres of residential land at Broadlands, Bridgend.

The Group headquarters is based in Gwaelod-y-Garth, Cardiff and has offices across the UK including Bridgend, Chichester and Manchester.
